I started Sex In Real Life on Medium in the autumn of 2019 with the intention of talking about sex through an authentic lens, offering up my own life experiences as case studies. The response to the column was amazing, with readers reaching out to say that they felt seen, heard, and understood.

But lately, I have started to feel constrained by Medium’s changing landscape. I want to continue to have open and honest conversations with you, the reader, but unfortunately, most of you never see what I post because of Medium’s algorithm.

So, I’ve decided to move Sex IRL to Substack.
